Delete your TalkSia account

You can ask us to delete your TalkSia account and all data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@talksia.in from the Google account (email) you use to sign in to TalkSia.
2. Use the subject "Delete my TalkSia account".
3. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days. You will get an email when it is done.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, mobile number, gender, English level, mother tongue and profile photo.
• Your learning data: progress, XP, streaks, scores, word and practice history.
• Your messages to the AI tutor, your friends list, and call history.

What we may keep

• Payment records (if you ever bought Pro), kept as required by Indian tax law, usually up to 8 years.
• Reports about abuse or safety, kept for up to 1 year to protect other users.

Delete some data but keep your account

1. Your profile photo, name, level and mother tongue can be changed or removed any time in the app: Profile → edit.
2. To delete other data (for example your AI tutor messages, practice history or call history), email support@talksia.in from your sign-in email with the subject "Delete my TalkSia data" and tell us what to remove.
3. We delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm by email. Your account stays active.
